Russian oil output seen about 5% decrease in 2023 -RIA cites finance ministry

MOSCOW, Oct 12 (Reuters) – A Western embargo on oil purchases is predicted to result in a brief decline in oil output in Russia, the RIA information company quoted Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Sazanov as saying on Wednesday.

He mentioned the discount in 2023 can be about 5%, RIA reported.
