A pair of Ballard buildings at 5401 – 5105 Leary Ave. N.W. simply offered for $6 million, in line with King County information. The vendor was PV + SJ Leary Ave LLC, which is related to architect Skidmore Janette and Pilot Ventures. They acquired the two-story duo, plus the west parking zone, in 2018 for $7.2 million. The parking zone wasn’t a part of this week’s deal; and a separate new residence constructing is deliberate there.
