The “Pitching for Needs Match” returned to Charlotte this weekend to assist elevate cash for Make-A-Want.
The event was placed on by Harris Teeter and contractor Andrew Roby. Together with cornhole, there was music, mascots and a play zone for the children.
This has been an annual event since 2008. This 12 months, all funds went to Make-A-Want of Central and Western North Carolina.
Senior director of improvement at Make-A-Want Central and Western North Carolina, Chris Webber, had this to say concerning the annual celebration.
